Our Safety

As we believe and show in our deeds that the greatest asset of our organization is our People, we strongly believe the protection of them from any harm or accidents is the responsibility of the organization; means the responsibility of the people of SAFECO. We may compromise the quality and time in certain exceptional and inevitable circumstances, but we do not compromise the safety measures to be taken even if the chance for accident is zero, as we believe that life of our people on top priority and that is something which cannot be substituted.

SAFECO takes all possible precautions to avoid any human error happens from passive attitude towards safety, including safety induction program before the commencement of any project, the periodic training and Daily Check-Up believing "prevention is better than cure". Our performance and success rate is being evaluated based on the rate of accidents and we strive to make it near zero, if zero is unattainable, always.

As any success story is being shared and appreciated among all the people, we hold not only the people directly responsible for any minor accidents, but everyone in the team, as it is the responsibility of one and all to notify and act immediately on any shortfalls in the safety at the work site. While we accept the inevitable and 'acts of God', We work hard and sensibly to ensure a happy working atmosphere, which is one of the major goals of SAFECO, and we pray God Almighty to help us keep this happiness….always.
